TIP #1: breathing exercises for when baby girl gets overwhelmed.
Girls can get overly frustrated over the smallest inconvenience, and we all know that does NOT stop as we get older. A great tactic to introduce is taking a few calming deep breaths. Lower the anxiety and frustration that comes along with not being able to get what you want.
